Community Support Officer - LB Hammersmith & Fulham

We are working in partnership with a wonderful local Housing Association seeking a Community Support Officer to join their team who are dedicated to helping tenants live independently and feel part of their community.

The role:

• Supporting tenants to sustain independent living and well-being
• Acting as lead worker for tenants with complex needs
• Liaising with key agencies
• Be the first and key point of contact for tenants
• Building strong links with partners and stakeholders

About you:

You will bring experience in housing or community support, strong communication skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach.
