💰 Salary: £53,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits
An established organisation in the public sector housing industry is recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner within the Finance & IT team. This senior role is responsible for financial processes, accurate reporting, and maintaining the financial performance of the organisation.

Role Overview
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will:
Manage quarterly management accounts and statutory reporting
Act as primary contact for auditors and lenders
Advise budget holders on financial matters
Oversee, motivate and develop a small finance team
Produce covenant calculations and reports to lenders
Complete VAT returns and ledger reconciliations
Identify and implement process improvements across finance functions
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
Professional accountancy qualification (or working towards one)
Experience in management accounts and financial control
Clear communication skills
Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
Previous experience managing staff
Desirable:
Knowledge of the housing sector
Experience with housing finance systems
