RE: Employee Relations Advisor - Surrey

Morgan Hunt requires an Employee Relations Advisor for NHS based in Surrey

Pay Rate: £21.29ph PAYE

Hours 37.5 Mon to Fri - Hybrid working available 1 day a week.

Location: Surrey

Duration: 4 months on going contract

Job Requirements:

We are looking for individuals that have experience with complex sickness absence caseloads that can work in fast paced, large, unionised organisations and are used to managing a busy caseload. You will need to have experience in training and coaching managers in absence management and prepared to work in the hospital or out in the community - You will be required to be on-site at least 4 days per week.
