Senior Finance Business Partner - Finance & IT - Cairn Housing Group

We're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance & IT team at Cairn Housing Group. This is a key role helping us deliver strong financial leadership and support across the organisation.

What You'll Do

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in guiding financial decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading quarterly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors and lenders
• Supporting and advising budget holders on financial performance
• Managing and developing a small finance team

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Qualified (or working towards) professional accounting qualification
• Strong experience in management accounts and financial control
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams
• Skilled in Excel and financial systems

Nice to have:

• Experience within the housing sector
• Knowledge of housing management systems
