Housing Officer -

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer for an ongoing temporary contract. The role can be either hybrid or a fully remote role (you would have to be able to go to the office to collect equipment). The organisation are looking for someone to work either 2 or 3 days. If the candidate is working fully remote existing staff will assist with visits when required.

This is a generic housing officer role where you would be dealing with:

• rent arrears control
• managing anti-social behaviour
• allocations
• estate/ tenancy management services

Previous experience is essential as if working remotely the candidate must be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. The role will be starting ASAP.
