Property Officer

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Property Officer for a period of 6 months to undertake a role bvased in Glasgow.

You will deliver high quality property services including planned, cyclical, and reactive maintenance, void management, and adaptations. You will also work with external contractors to ensure properties are safe and compliant.

The main duties are:

• Develop, deliver, and manage programmes for planned, cyclical, and major repairs.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed to agreed quality standards and timescales.
• identify, instruct and inspect repairs.
• Conduct pre- and post-void inspections and ensure timely, efficient re-letting of properties.
• Coordinate safety checks, repairs and refurbishments for void properties.

To be considered for the role you must have:

• A relevant technical qualification or experience
• Knowledge and experience in property, construction, building processes and best practice

The role is to start ASAP.
