
Curriculum Manager - Business
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Curriculum Manager to lead our Business provision. You'll lead innovative curriculum development, inspire excellence in teaching and learning, and build strong links with employers to ensure our provision meets local and regional skills needs.
The Role:
- Lead curriculum innovation and ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Manage verification, examinations, and compliance with awarding bodies.
- Drive improvements in recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression.
- Lead course reviews and align provision with local and regional priorities.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, supporting staff development and performance.
- Oversee student support, including admissions, progression, careers advice, and employer engagement.
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Represent the college externally, building partnerships and promoting Business programmes.
About You:
- Proven experience in curriculum leadership, ideally in Business education.
- Strong track record of improving teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing staff, resources, and external partnerships.
