HR Business Partner, 6 month FTC - Higher Education - Cambridge with hybrid working - c£42,000
This is a great opportunity for an HR Business Partner to support an organisational change project at a highly respected higher education organisation.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will be working on a organisational change project. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Taking the lead on complex change programmes including restructures, redeployments and Tupe projects
- Managing sensitive and high-risk casework
- Supporting positive change and continuous improvement
- Leading on workforce planning initiatives
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a track record of working as a trusted partner to senior leaders and external stakeholders. You need to have extensive experience in organisational change management, strategic HR Business Partnering and workforce planning ideally within higher education, NHS or other large public sector organisations. A strong knowledge of HR best practice is essential and experience of continuous improvement. You need to be CIPD qualified.
