The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging practical and theory sessions in hairdressing and barbering.
• Support students' skill development and professional growth.
• Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with college standards.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hairdresser and/or barber, with strong technical skills.
• Previous teaching experience and qualifications essential.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
