Compliance Officer

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a temporary role for around 3 months initially. There will also be a permanent role being advertised that the candidate can apply for. The role requires the person to start ASAP.

The role will be part of a team who will manage essential safety and compliance programmes, ensuring properties meet the highest standards.

The main duties of the role are :

• overseeing gas and legionella safety (Gas Safe registration required),
• monitor contractor performance
• carry out quality inspections.
• work closely with contractors and customers to resolve issues

This is a varied role where attention to detail, collaboration, and a proactive approach are essential.

Essential criteria are:

• experience in repairs and maintenance
• strong inspection, contractor, and budget management skills.
• Gas Safe registered (or working toward an HND in maintenance), you
• understand safety standards across gas, electrical, asbestos, and water systems. A proactive
• team player with great communication and problem-solving skills
