People Advisor - Education - West London - c£37,000


This is a great opportunity for a People Advisor with a strong employee relations skill set to join an Education organisation going through a period of positive change.

Reporting into a People Partner you will provide HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Managing a high volume of employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Supporting and coaching managers through formal processes
• Advising on HR policies and procedures
• Monitoring and reporting on key people metrics including ER trends
• Contributing to employee engagement initiatives

You should be an experienced People Advisor with an excellent knowledge of HR best practice including experience of managing complex employee relations issues. Experience of coaching and upskilling managers and an ability to analyse HR trends are essential.
