
SEN Tutor
Morgan Hunt is working in partnership with a national Charity located in Worcester city centre. They are seeing an SEN Employability Tutor to join their teaching team. The role will involve delivering Employability programmes including Functional Skills to young adult learners aged 16 - 24 with special needs.

The SEN Employability Tutor Responsibilities:
· Planning, creating and delivering engaging Employability programmes including Functional Skills
· Providing advice and guidance to learners to overcome barriers to secure employment
· Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
· Working with the quality team to ensure standards are maintained
Educations, skills and requirements:
· Have Level 5 Teaching qualification or equivalent (the client will someone with a Level 3 teaching qualification)
· Must has an Enhanced Adult Barred DBS
· Experience in teaching learners with special educational needs
· Demonstrate a successful track record in delivering Employability programmes or Functional Skills
· Be willing to work on site 5 days per week and travel to various employer sites
