
eLearning Administrator
Our client, a royal college based in London requires an eLearning Administrator to provide administrative support on the Learning Management System (LMS) and to the eLearning team, acting as the main point of contact for all eLearning customers offering technical help and customer support, and playing a leading role in eLearning's promotional campaigns, including on social media, as well as supporting wider marketing activities. The college's eLearning Hub is the online resource for health professionals, it is home to a wide range of content and resources including CPD eLearning, specific professional eLearning, Webinar Libraries and other standalone modules, as well as various blended Advanced Learning courses. We are looking for a eLearning Administrator who is a self-starter, fast learner with the ability to handle multiple projects at once - who is able to come in and get on with work with minimal supervision.
 
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the busy eLearning mailboxes and calls, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.
 - Process card payments for individual users unable to subscribe online.
 - Support and efficiently handle queries escalated to the eLearning team around other eLearning projects, liaising with other College departments as necessary.
 - Liaise with external stakeholders regarding any troubleshooting issues relating to the LMS in order to reach a timely resolution.
 - Prepare monthly data usage reports and other related reports as required for the team.
 - Provide customer-oriented administrative support service for the team.
 - Act as the key point of contact for institutional subscriber accounts, preparing and sending monthly reports as agreed, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
 - Process and maintain accurate financial records regarding invoices, expenses and refunds and liaise with the Finance department where necessary.
 - Contribute to preparation and presentation at Advisory Board meetings, assisting the eLearning Editorial Coordinator as required.
 - Manage promotional campaigns and research and identify new marketing opportunities, monitoring their effectiveness.
 - Lead on targeted marketing campaigns to increase subscription numbers, particularly around large institutions.
 - Work collaboratively with the team to assist with the creation and development of marketing materials and facilitate their distribution.
 - Enhance eLearning's social media offering and following.
 - Identify and attend relevant College events to promote eLearning, which may include travel and overnight stays.
 - Assist the eLearning Technology Manager and wider eLearning Team as required to support delivery of current or additional projects and meet timely deadlines & organise and prioritise own workload with line management support.
