We're working with a welcoming and inclusive college in South West London seeking a committed Student Progress Adviser to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting as soon as possible.
In this key student support role, you'll provide vital centre support to lecturers, subject leaders and students, helping to drive attendance, engagement, academic progress, and achievement across accredited programmes. You'll work proactively to identify barriers to learning, implement strategies to improve student outcomes, and ensure learners are fully supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Support lecturers and subject leaders to monitor and improve student attendance and progress
Implement targeted interventions to enhance student engagement and achievement
Provide guidance and support to students to help them overcome barriers to learning
Help ensure the well-being and safety of all learners
Contribute to the college's commitment to high standards of student success and retention
Requirements:
Experience working with students in an educational or support capacity
Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Understanding of safeguarding and commitment to student welfare
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
