CQC Team Leader

Are you an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in CQC regulated care? I am looking for a dedicated professional to join a team in East London on a temporary ongoing basis.

About the Role:

As a Team Leader you will play a key part in maintaining quality care standards and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations. You will lead by example, providing day to day guidance and ensuring the highest level of care and support for service users.

What We are Looking For:


✅ Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in a CQC regulated setting

✅ Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance

✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills

✅ Flexible and reliable with a passion for quality care
