Progression Coach

Job Title: Progression Coach (Young People's Services)

We're looking for a dedicated Progression Coach to support homeless and vulnerable young people to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their goals in education, training, and employment. You'll provide one-to-one guidance, create tailored action plans, and work with partner agencies to ensure every young person has the support they need to move forward.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting young people facing homelessness or disadvantage

• Strong communication, mentoring, and organisational skills

• Commitment to empowering young people to reach independence
