Progression Coach - Housing Sector

Job Opportunity: Progression Coach (Full-Time, Temporary)
Location: Sutton
Pay: £15 per hour (including holiday pay)
Hours: 37.5 per week | Shifts on a rota (Monday-Sunday)
Shifts Early: 8-4 | Mid: 9-5 | Late: 12-8 | 2 weekends in 4
Contract: Temporary (approx. 2-3 months)

Are you passionate about empowering young people to achieve independence?
We're looking for a Progression Coach to deliver person-centred support to young people experiencing homelessness. You'll manage a small caseload, complete assessments and support plans, and help clients access education, employment, and housing opportunities.

This is a rewarding and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll need experience supporting young people in housing or support settings, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Please note: this role involves lone working.

What you'll do:

• Support young people to develop life skills and move towards independent living

• Complete risk and needs assessments, support plans, and reviews

• Liaise with external agencies and advocate for clients

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
