
Residental Support Worker
Residential Support Officers Needed!
We are currently seeking two dedicated Residential Support Officers to join our friendly team supporting students in our on-site accommodation. These roles play a key part in ensuring our residential learners are happy, safe, and supported - both academically and personally.
About the Role
- Salary: £28,130 per annum (based on 37 hours / 52 weeks)
- Contract: Permanent preferred, but temporary staff will also be considered
- Hours: Flexible shift patterns available - we welcome applications for:
- Full-time, part-time, term-time only, or part-week arrangements
- Day and evening shifts available
Typical shift patterns include:
8am-4pm | 10am-6pm | 3pm-11pm | 5pm-1am
Accommodation
We offer the opportunity to live on-site, ideal for full-time staff and open to discussion for part-time workers.
- £300 refundable deposit
- All utilities covered (council tax, water, electricity)
- Only extras like WiFi or TV services are up to you

👥 Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from people with backgrounds such as:
- Youth Work / Scouting / Learning Support / Residential Care
- A strong understanding of Safeguarding and Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
- Enthusiastic individuals who are willing to learn - full training will be given on statutory guidance (National Minimum Standards for accommodation of under-18s and Ofsted inspection frameworks).
