Now Hiring: Senior Outreach Workers (x2) - Redbridge

Join a dynamic street outreach team supporting people experiencing homelessness across Redbridge. This is a temporary 3-month role, 37.5 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, 6AM-2:30PM).

💰 £17.88/hr (incl. holiday pay)

🚶‍♀️ Street-based role - travel across the borough required

You'll carry out assessments, provide practical support, and coordinate with local agencies to help individuals access accommodation and essential services.

What you'll need:

• Experience working with homeless clients
• Knowledge of homelessness pathways, substance misuse, and support networks
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
