Support Worker

Support Worker - Homelessness Hostel (Barnet)
Full-time | Monday-Friday | 9:00-4:30 | 3-month temp assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred key working to residents with a range of needs, including homelessness, mental health, addiction, and complex backgrounds.

• Support residents to maintain their tenancy and work towards independent living.

• Complete assessments, support plans, risk management, and soft outcome monitoring.

• Offer advice, guidance, and signposting to internal and external services.

• Work proactively within the hostel environment, supporting daily activities and maintaining a safe setting.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals.

• Previous hostel or supported accommodation experience.

• Strong key working and tenancy sustainment skills.

• Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
