Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Asset Management Project Manager to lead a major investment programme across housing stock. After years of limited capital works, the organisation are launching significant improvements-including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and energy efficiency upgrades-and need someone who can drive this transformation.

You will oversee stock condition surveys, manage data quality, and develop both a 30-year investment strategy and a deliverable 5-year capital plan. The role requires excellent project management, strong technical knowledge of property components, and extensive experience procuring and managing large-value contracts.

You'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager but will lead the end-to-end programme, ensuring compliance with housing and building safety regulations while delivering high-quality, cost-effective works that improve resident's homes.

To be considered you will need:

• Strong asset management experience in housing
• Excellent procurement and contract management skills
• Technical understanding of building components and life cycle planning
• Knowledge of housing compliance and regulation
• Confident project leadership and data analysis skills
