The Role

This is a collaborative role where you'll build strong relationships and help colleagues understand the financial impact of decisions in a customer focused environment.
About You
You'll be a qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or business partnering. You don't need to come directly from another housing association, but you must be comfortable in a regulated, community focused setting.
You'll bring:
Confidence explaining financial information to non finance colleagues
A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge constructively
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines
