Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Morgan Hunt is recruiting on behalf of a social housing organisation for a hands-on Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join their in-house team.


What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise the landscaping team day-to-day
• Deliver high-quality soft and hard landscaping works across multiple sites
• Support planning and organisation of works with the Project Co-ordinator
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in soft landscaping (hard landscaping desirable)
• Proven experience supervising a team
• Organised, proactive, with excellent communication skills
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle

This is a hands-on role for a motivated professional who enjoys leading a team and delivering excellent results.
