
Supported Housing Officer
Hours: 40 per week (Mon- Fri 09:00-17:00 )

We're excited to be recruiting a Supported Housing Officer to join our client's dedicated team in Northolt.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine impact - delivering high-quality housing management and personalised support to residents, helping them sustain their tenancies, enhance wellbeing, and progress towards independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residents, completing assessments and developing tailored support plans
- Monitor rent accounts, taking early action to prevent arrears
- Maximise occupancy through effective referrals, assessments, and move-ins
- Promote tenancy compliance and address anti-social behaviour where necessary
- Conduct regular welfare and wellbeing checks
- Support residents in accessing education, training, volunteering, and employment opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 4 or more years of experience supporting vulnerable people in Social housing sector
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Empathetic, resilient, and confident in challenging situations
