What You'll Do:

• Provide face-to-face support, life coaching, and tailored activity programmes
• Help young people gain practical independent living skills
• Build strong community connections
• Offer trauma-informed emotional support
• Guide young people in making positive life choices
• Assist with benefits, safeguarding, property checks, and rent management
