Health and Social Care Lecturer

We are currently looking for an experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a range of HSC programmes, ensuring students gain the knowledge and skills needed for progression.



Role: Health and Social Care Lecturer

Location: Croydon

Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00

Job Type: Temporary

Pay Rate: £35-£40 per hour



Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess Health and Social Care units across Levels 1-5.
• Provide academic support, guidance, and feedback to learners.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and comply with quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to curriculum development and collaborative team planning.

Essential Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, DTLLS, etc.).
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification in Health and Social Care.
