We're working with a welcoming further education college in Essex, located in the Romford area, who are seeking a committed English Lecturer to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging and impactful English lessons to 16-19-year-old learners, supporting them in developing confidence and achieving key qualifications across GCSE, and potentially Functional Skills. The college offers excellent resources, a supportive staff team, and a strong commitment to learner progress and achievement.

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)

• A degree in English or a related subject

• Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English within FE
