Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum (£24,000 - £25,000 per annum pro-rated)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Behaviour, Support and Inclusion specialist Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated secondary school team (ages 11-18). This is an exciting opportunity to support a happy and successful schoool community committed to high standards, inclusive practice and exceptional teaching.
The role sits within a large, multi-academy trust operating across several regions in the South and South West of England. Main Responsibilities
- Promote disruption-free learning throughout the school
- Manage challenging behaviour and provide focused support to individual students
- Assist colleagues responding to on-call requests, escalating concerns when necessary
- Contact parents and carers to help build strong, positive relationships
- Remove students from lessons when behaviour becomes disruptive
- Support the Reflection Room (internal exclusion) and manage related processes
- Oversee paperwork for fixed-term exclusions and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Track and monitor student progress within the Reflection Room and provide feedback to staff
- Deliver effective pastoral support using a trauma-informed approach

You Will Need
- GCSEs (A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience working with vulnerable children and/or adults
- Experience delivering intervention groups
- Familiarity with Management Information Systems
