We're supporting a friendly and welcoming college in Romford seeking a passionate Early Years Lecturer to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting immediately.

You'll be delivering engaging and supportive Early Years lessons to learners aged 16-19, helping them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for a successful career in the Early Years and childcare sector. The college provides a warm, collaborative environment with excellent resources and a strong commitment to student progress.

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)

• Relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification or related degree

• Experience teaching Early Years in a college or FE setting

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
