We're supporting a fantastic college in London seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their team on a long-term basis, with flexible part-time or full-time hours, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging and inclusive teaching across Health and Social Care courses, support learners in developing their knowledge and practical skills, and contribute to high-quality curriculum delivery. The college provides excellent facilities, strong departmental support, and a collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)

• Relevant Health and Social Care industry experience and subject knowledge

• Experience teaching Health and Social Care within a further education setting

• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and effective learner support

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
