Horticulture Lecturer (Ongoing)

We are seeking a Horticulture Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and practical training in Horticulture in Enfield. This is a full-time, ongoing role starting January.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom-based and practical horticulture training

• Teach and support apprentices and learners at varying skill levels

• Ensure training meets industry standards and health & safety requirements

• Share current industry best practice through practical experience

Essential Requirements

• Strong practical background in horticulture
• Experience teaching apprentices or learners (formal or informal)
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of horticulture techniques and safety standards
• Current DBS or willingness to apply
