We're working with a welcoming college in Ipswich seeking a dedicated English Lecturer to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting in the new term in 2026.




You'll be teaching GCSE and Functional Skills English to 16-19-year-old learners, supporting them in developing their confidence and achieving key qualifications. The college offers a friendly, supportive environment with excellent resources and a strong focus on student success.




Requirements:

• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
• English specialism or related degree
• Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
