Learning Support Assistant - 1:1 Autism Support

Morgan Hunt are actively recruiting Learning Support Assistant to cover a range of roles across Greater Manchester. In particular, we are working closely with a further education setting in Stockport who require x2 Learning Support Assistants to join them on a long term temporary basis.

The roles are working x4 days per week, Tuesday-Friday until the end of the academic year supporting a range of students with moderate to complex learning difficulties and autism. Support needs will range from subtle to more intense, depending upon individual students needs and classroom setting, but all equally rewarding.

This mainstream college prides itself on an inclusive approach to education and the incoming LSA must have a caring and nurturing personality.

Experience in a similar previous setting is ideal but not essential and we prompt anyone to apply who believes they are the right fit for the role.

THE ROLE -

• 24 hours per week
• Long term contract
• Location - Stockport
• £13.50+ per hour (depending upon experience)
• Term Time Only
• Start date - January 2026
