Morgan Hunt is working with a charity to recruit for a Make Every Adult Matter Worker, part of a wider partnership team supporting individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage across the borough of Rochdale,

The role

• Partnership working in collaboration with Make Every Adult Matter partners to support individuals experiencing multiple disadvantage.
• Providing solution focused, asset-based interventions to people experiencing disadvantage.
• To appropriately challenge the system when it isn't working for people.
• Building strong, supportive relationships with external agencies and organisations involved in the partnership.
• Capture and report interventions and impact of support provided into data systems.
• To raise awareness and promote the Make Every Adult Matter approach across a local network.

The candidate

• Knowledge and experience of supporting people with multiple disadvantage and the barriers people may face.
• Partnership working and collaborating to maximise potential for positive outcomes for vulnerable people.
• Experience of delivering support that empowers people and promotes system change.
• Experience and confidence in participating at multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally challenge where appropriate.
• The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a wider partnership team.
