Position: Customer Services Officer

Location: Surbiton

Hours: Flexible ad-hoc shifts (Full-time & Part-time available)

Pay: £12.44 per hour

We're looking for a Customer Services Officer to be the welcoming face and first point of contact at a vibrant, community-focused center in Surbiton

In this role, you'll:

• Provide outstanding customer service-offering information, support
• Handle a variety of reception duties including answering calls, processing payments, logging repairs, and managing post
• Take responsibility for safety and wellbeing as a trained First Aider and Fire Marshal-conducting regular checks and patrols
• Support residents, service users, and visitors-creating a positive and inclusive environment for all
