Complex Need Worker - Nights

Key Responsibilities include-

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support transfers and mobility, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining hydration.
• Provide emotional support, addressing social and emotional needs.
• Organize and participate in social activities to keep service users engaged.
• Administer prescribed medication and monitor health status.
