🕒 48 hours per week | 12-hour night shifts (8pm-8am) on a rolling rota

💷 £23,641 per year + staff benefits

📅 Permanent | In-person role

We're looking for a reliable and compassionate Housing and Support Assistant to work for our clients as a night shifts at a supported housing service.

In this key role, you'll ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents overnight, manage reception duties, respond to incidents, and carry out regular patrols and checks. You'll also offer support and guidance to vulnerable individuals and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key duties include:

• Conducting wellbeing and facilities checks
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
• Managing reception and administrative tasks
• Supporting residents and reporting concerns

Ideal candidate:

• Calm under pressure and confident working independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in housing or support work (desirable)
• Able to work a rota, including weekends and public holidays
