Early Years Lecturer

Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Location: Loughborough
Pay: £35 - £38 per hour
Work Pattern:

• Monday: 12pm - 4pm

• Tuesday: 9am - 4pm

• Thursday: 9am - 4pm

Required Qualifications:

• Early Years Qualification

Required Experience:

• Experience in early years or nursery work

• Strong communication skills

• Planning and delivering interactive lessons for Level 2 learners

• Knowledge of early years education

• Experience with lesson planning, preparation, delivery, marking, and monitoring progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to low-level learners

• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality early years education in line with curriculum standards

• Collaborate with colleagues to monitor and improve student outcomes
