
HR Advisor
HR Advisor - Education Sector - South London with hybrid working - c£36,000
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong knowledge of employment law to join a leading Educational organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:-
- Providing HR advice and guidance on HR policies and processes
- Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary and grievances
- Supporting the HR Business Partner with organisational change programmes including restructures
- Assisting with the development and delivery of HR skills workshops
- Producing HR management information reports
- Assisting with development of new HR policies
You should be an HR Generalist with a track record of providing HR best practice advice and guidance in the public sector. Experience of working in the education sector would be ideal. A strong knowledge of employment law needs to be combined with excellent communication skills. You need to be Level 5 CIPD qualified and have a willingness to travel to sites across London.
