Project Worker

Bermondsey Project is seeking an experienced Agency Support Worker to join our team on a short-term basis (3 months), with potential extension

We are a 30-bed supported housing service across three sites, supporting vulnerable homeless adults with enduring mental health needs. Our service is a stepping-stone between high-support accommodation and independent living, providing self-contained bed-sits and life-skills support.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day service delivery
• Work with vulnerable adults to promote independence and move-on outcomes
• Complete risk assessments, needs assessments and support plans using IT systems
• Liaise with external agencies and local authorities
• Support housing management tasks
• Promote engagement, positive outcomes and a safe, supportive environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals and mental health needs
• Strong organisational, communication and administration skills
• Confidence engaging with clients and partner agencies
• An outcome-focused, proactive approach
• Ability to support ad-hoc team tasks as required
