Team Manager - Rough Sleepers Service




Location: Canning Town

Contract: 2-3 months

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Pay: PAYE: £18-£20+ per hour plus holiday pay




Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee an intensive support service for rough sleepers at Canning Town. You will manage a caseload of approximately 45 clients and manage a team of 7 staff, ensuring high-quality support and effective service delivery.




Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Intensive Support Team
• Review and manage referrals
• Ensure new residents receive thorough and appropriate assessments
• Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff

Ideal for candidates with strong leadership experience in homelessness or intensive support services.
