Rough Sleepers Prevention Project




Receiving and providing clear handovers to day staff.




Carrying out regular welfare checks, internal building checks (hourly), and external locality checks.




Supporting clients overnight, including inductions, welfare support, benefits/ID access, and appointment reminders.




Completing referrals, low-support tasks, and updating records on OPAL and other systems.




Responding to and logging incidents and escalating concerns appropriately. Completing essential administrative tasks (inbox management, digital filing, post handling).




Liaising with supported housing and PRS providers and supporting basic service coordination tasks. Maintaining a safe, tidy, and confidential working environment.
