Support Worker

Hostel Support Worker - Brixton / Lambeth

Duration: 2 months+ | Immediate start

We are currently recruiting Hostel Support Workers to support residents with complex needs across two hostels in Lambeth (10 minutes apart).

Shifts:

• Early: 7:30am - 3:30pm
• Late: 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Pay:

• £15.00 per hour + holiday pay
• £19.00 per hour via umbrella

The role:

• Key-working and case management (5-10 clients)
• Supporting individuals with substance misuse, mental health, and criminal justice needs
• Delivering person-centred support and facilitating activities
• Working closely with external agencies and signposting to services
• Supporting a mixed-gender service, including residents with dogs

Requirements:

• Experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
