HR Officer - Professional Body - London with hybrid working - £36,300
This is a great opportunity for an HR Officer to join a leading Professional Body.
Reporting into the Director of People you will be responsible for providing high quality HR support to colleagues and managers. Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Coordinating and supporting managers with end to end recruitment campaigns
- Managing onboarding and induction processes
- Monitoring probation periods and contract end dates
- Managing and updating the HR system (IRIS)
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries
- Coordinating and processing all aspects of payroll including liaising with the outsources provider and the Finance team
- Managing and processing the monthly pension uploads
You should be an HR Officer with experience of providing advice and guidance on HR matters (including holidays and maternity leave) and of supporting managers with recruitment campaigns. Experience of coordinating payroll and pension administration processes needs to be combined with a good knowledge of HR systems and Excel. Excellent communication skills are essential.
