Job Title: Apprenticeship Trainer (Part-Time, Temporary)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Apprenticeship Trainer to join a further education college in East London. This is a part-time, temporary role, ideal for a skilled professional passionate about supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, coaching, and assessment to apprentices, ensuring they meet their programme requirements and progress successfully through their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging apprenticeship training sessions (online and/or face-to-face)
Support apprentices through coaching, mentoring, and progress reviews
Assess apprentice work in line with awarding body and funding requirements
Track learner progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
Liaise with employers to support apprentice development in the workplace
Ensure compliance with ESFA and college quality standards
About You
Proven experience delivering or assessing apprenticeship programmes
Relevant vocational qualification and/or sector experience
Assessor qualification (e.g. TAQA, A1, CAVA) or willingness to work towards one
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience working within further education or work-based learning (desirable)
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
