HR Business Partner - Education Sector - South London - c£55,000 with great benefits including LGPS


This an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading education organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to leaders and managers across multiple sites
  • Providing advice on complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances
  • Coaching and upskilling managers
  • Supporting on organisational change projects including TUPE transfers and restructures
  • Analysing workforce data and trends

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner or an HR Generalist with a track record of working in a complex multi-site environment. Experience of managing complex employee relations issues including change programmes needs to be combined with an ability to coach and influence senior leaders and managers.
