Interim HR Business Partner, 2 months - Further Education - East London - c£31 per hour (Umbrella)
This is a great opportunity for an immediately available HR Business Partner to join a leading FE College.
Reporting into the Director of HR you will provide a proactive HR Service to colleagues and managers. Your key responsibilities will include:-
- Embedding HR policies and processes
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers on all elements of the employee lifecycle including recruitment and employee relations
- Supporting and coaching managers through all parts of employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
- Leading and overseeing departmental restructures and redundancies
- Working closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure Learning needs are met
- Coaching and managing an HR Coordinator
- Supporting with the administration of the HR system
You should be an experienced HR Business Partner or an HR Generalist with a strong knowledge of HR best practice ideally gained working in the FE sector. A strong HR operational skill set needs to include experience of managing complex employee relations issues, supporting managers with recruitment and working on organisational change programmes. Experience of working with HR systems is essential.
