Service Manager - DRIVE Project (Domestic Abuse Intervention)
Full Time : FTC Until Sept 2026 - 40K Pro rata
RISE is committed to creating safer communities by empowering people to break cycles of harmful behaviour and build healthier relationships. Through evidence-based programmes across the criminal justice system and wider community, RISE supports individuals to make lasting behavioural change.
We are recruiting a Service Manager to lead delivery within the DRIVE Project - an innovative London-wide programme focused on reducing domestic abuse by working directly with high-risk, high-harm perpetrators and holding them accountable for their behaviour.
The Role
The Service Manager will support the expansion of the DRIVE project across all 32 London boroughs, working closely with borough partners and the central DRIVE team to ensure effective delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting Team Leaders and Case Managers
- Providing case management supervision and performance oversight
- Ensuring robust risk management and safeguarding practices
- Leading on multi-agency collaboration with police, probation, children's services and specialist partners
- Monitoring service performance and data reporting to stakeholders and funders
- Representing the service at strategic meetings, panels, and events
About You
- Experience managing staff and services within criminal justice, safeguarding or domestic abuse settings
- Strong understanding of domestic abuse, risk management and rehabilitative interventions
- Skilled in multi-agency partnership working
- Confident analysing data and service performance to improve outcomes
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
About the Programme
The DRIVE project focuses on changing perpetrator behaviour while keeping victim safety at the centre of all interventions, working collaboratively with statutory and specialist services across London.
