📍 Location: Greenford & Uxbridge , London

💷 Pay: £13.94 per hour (weekly pay)

🕒 Hours: 35 hours per week (rota including evenings, weekends & public holidays)

💼 Contract: Full-time

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Greenford and Uxbridge for a Housing Receptionist to join a friendly, community-focused supported housing service.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly and providing excellent front-of-house support.

Key duties include:

• Welcoming residents and visitors
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Managing bookings and reception administration
• Carrying out basic safety and wellbeing checks
• Supporting general admin tasks

About You

• Someone who takes pride in being the face of the organisation and understands the importance of first impressions
• Excellent communication and people skills with a professional telephone manner
• Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
• Proactive attitude and keen to grow in the role
• Flexible to work rota shifts including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

✔ Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

✔ Comfortable using IT systems
