Outreach Worker/ Hub Worker

We currently have an Outreach Worker opportunity available covering the Camden Borough.

Role: Outreach Worker

Location: 6 Greenland Street (Office Based) - covering Camden Borough

Pay Rate: £15 per hour + Holiday Pay

Shift Pattern:

• Outreach shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Some 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts available
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work on a rota basis

Requirements:

• Experience supporting clients with complex needs and high-risk cases
• Current or recent outreach experience is highly preferred
